PumaHelp is a ticket management platform developed by me and my colleague Cleyson, designed to simplify and automate customer support. The platform easily integrates with any system via API and also offers an exclusive add-on for Discord, allowing ticket management directly within community servers.
With features such as advanced filters, macros and placeholders for quick responses, automatic messages, and support statistics, PumaHelp helps optimize agent productivity and improve the end-user experience. Created with a focus on efficiency and flexibility, this project was an incredible learning experience that brought together our frontend and backend skills.
